ABOUT THE PROGRAM

1. The “AASHIRVAAD SOYA CASHBACK PROMOTION PROGRAM” (the “Program”) is organised by ITC Limited (“ITC”) and Pine Labs Limited (“Pine Labs”) who shall both be collectively referred to as “Organisers”.
2. Retailers i.e., who sell Aashirvaad Soya chunks products directly to end consumers, participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. By entering into this Program, the Participants agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy available at woohoo.in/aashirvaadretailerpromo.
3. Participation in this Program is purely voluntary. By participating in this Program, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Program available at woohoo.in/aashirvaadretailerpromo (“Website”) as well as the decisions of the Organisers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Successfully entering the Program and winning a cashback(s)/prize(s) is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
4. Organisers reserve the right to terminate, modify or extend this Program, at their absolute discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, at their sole and absolute discretion and without any liability. All decisions of Organisers in respect of the Program will be final and binding.
5. The Program shall be live from 01-05-2026 to 31-07-2026. Outer covers without this Program are also available. The Program is available only in select locations and valid till stocks last. The Program is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
6. The Program shall run on Aashirvaad Soya retailer promo WhatsApp chat (https://web.whatsapp.com/ or the WhatsApp available on Play Store and App Store). WhatsApp and Unified Payment Interface (“UPI”) are required to participate in the Program and receive Cashback.
7. The Program will run only in the following states:
   1. Bihar
   2. Jharkhand
8. This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with WhatsApp. Each Participant is deemed to have released WhatsApp from any claims and liabilities that may specifically arise in relation to their participation in this Program by accepting these terms & conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

9. Only Indian citizens residing in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand are eligible to participate in this Program. Residents of other states of India and other countries are not eligible to participate in this Program. The residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this Program. The Program is valid and offered only in the Indian states mentioned herein.
10. Participants below the age of 18 years are not eligible to participate in the Program.
11. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Program: consumers, wholesalers, employees, agents, associates, and promoters of the Organisers and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisement agencies and the Agency including their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step”) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude any person from the Program on the grounds of: (i) misconduct or criminal record; (ii) tampering with the operation of Program; (iii) acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (iv) for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in this regard will be entertained.
13. One mobile number can participate in the cashback promo a maximum of 6 times per month.

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE

14. To participate in the Program, a Participant should follow the following steps:
    1. A scratch card is contained within outer packs of Aashirvaad Soya which bears a unique coupon code which will be used for redemption under the Program.
    2. Access the unique coupon code (“Code”) by scratching the silver foil on the scratch card.
    3. Scan the QR Code available on the scratch card to access the Aashirvaad Soya retailer promo WhatsApp chat.
    4. Once the Participant consents to the terms and conditions of this Program and the collection, processing, transferring of data, the Participant will be required to submit the Code.
    5. Once the Code is submitted and verified, the cashback amount corresponding to the Code will be generated and informed to the Participant.
    6. The Participant will be required to submit their mobile number for the purpose of receiving the Cashback through UPI. The mobile number must be linked to their UPI Account. The Participant will be required to confirm their mobile number. Upon confirmation, Cashback will be credited to that UPI account. The transaction may take up to 24–48 hours from the time of submission.

PRIZE

15. Every Participant entering into this Program will be entitled to an assured cashback (“Prize”). The Prize may vary from a Cashback of minimum Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty only) and may go up to Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only). The value of Cashback for a particular entry shall be determined at random by the algorithm of the Program.
16. The Participant is required to provide valid details including UPI-linked mobile number to participate in the Program. The Participant is fully responsible for the accuracy of these details and in the event inaccurate details are provided, their entry will be deemed ineligible.

19. By participating in this Program, the Participants acknowledge and consent to transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information by Organisers to any third-party for providing services in relation to the Program.

PUBLICITY

20. The Participant undertakes and irrevocably and unconditionally permits ITC to cover the Program through various media including newspapers, radio, television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

21. The decision of the Organisers, as regards the distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to the Organisers’ approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
22. If a cashback, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, the Organisers reserve the right to substitute the cashback with another prize of equal or greater value. This Program is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
23. It is clarified that the responsibility for ensuring fulfilment of any requirements under this Program will be solely and exclusively that of the Participant including the responsibility to meet all costs in relation thereto.
24. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to, the intellectual property rights in the Program and the promotional materials, all data collected as a result of this Program and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with ITC/Pine Labs. ITC shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose without permission or payment to the Participant.
25. If the Participant is dissatisfied with the Program or any aspect of the Program including these terms and conditions, any content, any requirements, the materials related thereto, these terms and conditions, etc., the Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Program.
26. All material submitted in connection with the Program are assigned to ITC upon submission and become the property of ITC exclusively. ITC may use such material in the manner as it may deem fit.
27. ITC reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Program in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Organisers in this regard and in general with respect to this Program and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
28. The decision of Organisers shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and Organisers and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind the Organisers in any manner whatsoever.
29. Organisers shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Program due to any government restrictions.
30. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of Organisers.
31. Organisers accept no responsibility for loss of internet connectivity, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Organisers shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
32. If this Program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Organisers and/or Pine Labs, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Organisers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Program, as appropriate.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

33. Organisers shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained or any costs incurred, as a result of acceptance of any Prize.
34. By entering the Program, the Participant hereby releases from and agrees to indemnify Organisers and/or any of their respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Program including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
35. Organisers accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, or third parties in relation to the prizes.

DISPUTES

36. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with the Program.
37. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or Organisers and/or Partners of this Program, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
