Particular	Details
Eligibility criteria	Applicable for minimum first order value of INR 50,000. Only first order for each new customer qualifies for referral bonus; subsequent orders will not be eligible for rewards. Applicable only for B2B customers with valid KYC documents. 100% advance payment for Amazon Pay Gift Card orders required. Reward not applicable for credit-based orders. Orders from same business group but different GST number are eligible. Reward not eligible for self-referral.
Referral Limit	Upto ₹50,000 per quarter as per calendar year.
Cancellation	No referral bonus will be issued for cancelled orders. Bonus disbursement occurs 45 days after successful order completion.
Reward Timeline	Referral bonus Amazon Pay Gift Cards will be issued within 45 days after referee's successful order completion.
KYC Verification	Mandatory verification for all new accounts.
Modification Rights	Pine labs reserves the right to modify or terminate program terms and conditions.
Reward	Reward will be issued in form of Amazon Shopping Voucher.

Program refers to the Pine Labs' Amazon Pay Gift Card Referral Program.
Referrer means existing B2B customer initiating referral
Referee means new B2B customer acquired through referral
Reward means the Amazon Shopping Voucher value earned through successful referral
