  1. Who is eligible for cashback?
    • Customer is eligible to receive assured cashback worth of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) (“Cashback”) on successful purchase and installation of Crompton Kitchen appliance product during the subsistence of campaign. You will be eligible to claim the reward worth INR 3000, in 6 (six) equal consecutive monthly tranches, in the form of Pine Perks RuPay Digital Card worth Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) each (“Rupay Card”). The Rupay Card shall be accepted for online usage at all RuPay enabled ecommerce sites in India.
  2. How can I claim my cashback?
    You will be eligible to claim the Cashback, in 6 (six) equal consecutive monthly tranches, in the form of Pine Perks RuPay Digital Card worth Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) each (“Rupay Card”). The Rupay Card shall be accepted for online usage at all RuPay enabled ecommerce sites in India.
    • To claim the cashback Customers have to send send an SMS in a pre- defined format to receive unique registration code (valid for 7days only) and link to register.
    • Post validation on SMS, customer will receive the registration code and link via SMS within 30 mins.
    • Registration code gets validated on the portal post which customer can enter details such as- Name, Mobile no, product purchased, Invoice number, Model No., Serial No., Date of invoice and upload copy of the invoice and installation report.
    • Post registration, customer will receive a notification stating the registration is successful and he will be receiving the link via SMS to update product serial No. within 24 hours.
    • Customer will update the product’s 13 Digit serial number as specified on the rating plate of their machine by accessing the link.
    • Once details provided is approved, customer will receive link to claim Pine Perks Rupay card worth Rs. 500/-.
  3. Who will issue registration link to eligible customer?
    • The registration link and registration code will be provided to you by Qwikcilver after validation of SMS sent by you
  4. What should I do with Registration code and link?
    In order to avail the offer you shall provide the following details and documents for the purpose of registration on the registration link provided by Qwikcilver.
    • Name, email address and mobile number;
    • Registration code
    • Product Model No.
    • Product serial no.
    • Invoice no. and invoice date as set out in the invoice. Only printed invoices will be accepted.
    • Soft copy of the Invoice. Please note that only printed invoices are eligible for the offer.
    • Photocopy of Service installation report post product installation.
  5. How will I come to know that my registration is successful?
    • You shall receive a pop-up notification on the screen to acknowledge receipt of registration form. Further, You shall also receive a notification through SMS acknowledging the submission of the registration form.
    • Your registration will be complete only after providing the product serial no as mentioned in the invoice
  6. How will I claim cashback after registration?
    • Registration data will be validated 4 (Four) business days from the date of submission of the registration form and serial no. Upon successful validation, you will receive a reward link via SMS on Your registered mobile number .
  7. I am not able to enter invoice date at the time of registration
    • In order to be eligible for the Cashback, You should register within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the Invoice, failing which Your eligibility will lapse. For assistance you can write to cromptonsupportqueries@woohoo.in
  8. What should I do with booking code and link?
    • You may click on the reward link and login using registered mobile number and shall be able to select the RuPay Card and thereafter use reward balance to claim the RuPay Card. You will receive your Rupay card via SMS as a link on successful claim. For following 5 (five) or 2 (two) consecutive months, You may use the same reward card link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (Eleventh) day to 20th (twentieth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”). If You fail to claim the RuPay Card within the Claim Period, Your option to claim the RuPay Card for that particular month shall lapse.
  9. Where can I find the Serial No?
    • Serial Number can be found on side part of the body of Chimney/Dishwashers
    • Serial Number can be found on back side of the body of Hobs
    • Serial Number can be found on the top side of the glass door or back side of body frame of Oven/MWO/WD
    • Serial number can also be found entered in the service installation report.
  10. Can I claim my reward using any mobile no?
    • Only Registered Mobile No can claim the Reward.
  11. Can I opt for any other option other that Rupay Digital card?
    • Only Rupay Gift Card is available for Reward.
  12. I am not able to claim RuPay digital card using reward link?
    • You will have to redeem the reward within 10 (Ten) days from date of receipt of reward link via SMS.
  13. What should I do, if my 1st cashback get lapsed?
    • You are still eligible to claim remaining 5 cashback. For following 5 (five) consecutive months , You may use the same reward link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (thirteenth) day to 20th (twentieth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”). If You fail to claim the RuPay Card within the Claim Period, Your option to claim the RuPay Card for that particular month shall lapse
  14. What should I do, incase my cashback get lapsed?
    • You are still eligible to claim remaining cashback. For following consecutive months, You may use the same reward link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (eleventh) day to 20th (twentieth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”). If You fail to claim the RuPay Card within the Claim Period, Your option to claim the RuPay Card for that particular month shall lapse
  15. What should I do, once I claimed RuPay card using to reward link?
    • Once you receive RuPay card link on your registered mobile number, authenticate by clicking on the link. After authentication one can have a look of digital cards on their screen. Either they can take a screen shot or save it as a HTML file. You can use this card for any online transaction

This consumer promotional program (“Promo”) is launched and operated by (“Crompton”) for the benefit of its customers who wish to avail of the offer outlined in these T&C. By accessing or availing of the offer by way of this website (“Website”), you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these T&C and any other applicable law. Your continued use of the Website shall be constituted as your acceptance to the T&C, as revised from time to time. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not access and use the Website.   1. REGISTRATION
    • You shall be eligible to avail of this Promo only upon successful purchase & installation of the selected Crompton products.

    • The registration link and registration code will be provided to you by Pine Labs.
    •  In order to avail of the Promo, You shall provide the following details and documents for the purpose of the registration on the Website
      • Unique Participation code – validity 7 days        
      • Name, email address and mobile number;
      • Invoice no. and invoice date as set out in the invoice on purchase of the CROMPTON product to You (“Invoice”); and Soft copy of the Invoice.
      • Upload the soft copy of Installation Receipt
      • Accept the TnC
      • Enter OTP for validation & submit
    • The Invoice shall be uploaded by You in soft copy form on the Website at the time of registration.
    • You shall receive a pop-up notification on the screen to acknowledge receipt of registration form and you will be receiving the link via SMS to update product serial No. within 24 hours.
    • You will update the product’s Model No. and 13 Digit serial number as specified on the rating plate of the machine or in the Installation receipt by accessing the link.
    • Further, You shall also receive a notification through SMS acknowledging the submission of the registration form.
    • In the event, any discrepancy is found, in any of the information provided by You, for example, information in any of the Invoice provided does not match with the adjoining documents, such mismatch shall lead to the rejection of the documents. The privacy of the documents provided, or any such personally identifiable information provided to CROMPTON, shall be maintained in accordance with applicable law.
    • Registration data will be validated within 4 (four) business days from the date of submission of the registration form. Upon successful validation, you will receive a reward link via SMS on Your registered mobile number.
    • You can claim the first month rewards within 10 days of registration approval & subsequent months reward can be claimed between 11th (eleventh) day to 20th of subsequent month using the same reward link.
  2. PROCESS FOR CLAIMING THE CASHBACK
    • You will be eligible to receive assured cashback worth of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) on successful purchase of CROMPTON products during the subsistence of the campaign.
    • You will be eligible to claim the reward worth INR 3000, first month rewards can be claimed within 10 days of registration & 5 (five) equal consecutive monthly tranches, in the form of Pine Perks RuPay Digital Card worth Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) each (“Rupay Card”). The Rupay Card shall be accepted for online usage at all RuPay enabled ecommerce sites in India.
    • You may click on the reward link and login using registered mobile number and shall be able to select the RuPay Card and thereafter use reward wallet to claim the RuPay Card. You will receive your Rupay card via SMS as a link on successful claim.
    • For INR 3000 reward, first month rewards can be claimed within 10 days of registration approval following 5 (five) consecutive months, You may use the reward link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (eleventh) day to 20th (twentieth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”).
    • If Your registration is rejected under Clause 1.5 above, You shall not be eligible for any Cashback under this Promo.
    • In case if the user missed to receive the e-card link, he/she can login to the portal & send the link once again.
  3. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING THE CASHBACK
    • You can only submit printed invoice with GST details to avail the Cashback. CROMPTON shall be entitled to reject any handwritten, unclear and illegible invoices submitted by You during the registration process.
    • Each mobile number shall be eligible to claim the Cashback only once.
    • In order to be eligible for the Cashback, You should register within 30 days from the date of the Invoice, failing which Your eligibility will lapse.
    • You will give a missed call to the mentioned number in the campaign communication, in return you’ll get a message to participate and send a SMS to the mentioned number in the communication to participate in this reward program. Then you will receive a unique participation code. In case the code gets misplaced, you can SMS to the mentioned number in the communication and get a new code via SMS. The unique participation code shall be valid for a period of 7 (seven) days from date of receipt of the SMS and will lapse thereafter.
    • For INR 3000 reward, first month rewards can be claimed within 10 days of registration approval, following 5 (five) consecutive months, You may use the same reward link issued after registration approval to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (eleventh) day to 20th (twenty- fifth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”).
    • Any unused/expired/lapsed reward link cannot be used by You for any other promotion or any other campaigns.
    • The unique codes received from Pine Labs are only accepted on the Website. The codes received through any third party source cannot be claimed on the Website and if claimed CROMPTON is entitled to reject such claims.
    • The Promo is exclusively offered for the eligible customers of CROMPTON only.
    • In no event shall CROMPTON be obligated to settle the claims arising from the Promo in the form of cash.
    • CROMPTON in its sole discretion shall determine Your eligibility to participate in the Promo. For the avoidance of any doubt, any transactions that are returned, disputed, unauthorized and/or fraudulent shall not be considered for the Promo.

    • Acceptance of these T&C, implies Your express consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf at any contact number, or physical or electronic address provided by you while registering. You further agree to us contacting You in any manner, including without limitation, SMS messages (including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system, and notifications sent via the Website. Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by You or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on Your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via SMS.
    • You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone numbers and/or email addresses and any other information that You have provided to us are Your own and not someone else’s and are true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that You are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers You have provided to us and emails at each of the email addresses You have provided us. You agree to notify us whenever You stop using a particular telephone number(s) and/or email address(es).
  5. INDEMNIFICATION
    • You agree to protect, defend and indemnify us and hold us and our representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to Your access and use of the Website in violation of these T&C and/or Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
    • The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of these T&C or Your use of the Website.
  6. WARRANTIES
      • The Website and the functions and features therein and the Promo, the Cashback, the Rupay Cards and the terms thereof, are provided on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
      • CROMPTON shall make reasonable efforts to make available the Website and the functions and features at all times. However, we make no warranty that the Website shall meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and/or error free. Further we do not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the functions and features or as to the accuracy, reliability and/or quality of the output derived therefrom.
      • CROMPTON shall not be liable for the loss and/or damage of Your confidential information or data arising as a result of an event or a series of related events, that is beyond the control of CROMPTON, including failures of or problems with the internet or part of the internet, attempted hacker attacks, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks and/or viruses or other malicious software attacks or infections.
      • CROMPTON does not make any representations or warranties in relation to the CROMPTON top loading washing machine, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or implied warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    • IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE ACCESS, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEBSITE’S FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES OR FOR INTERRUPTIONS, DELAY, ETC., EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.     • Crompton is not liable for disbursement of cashback amount in any manner whatsoever. Any dispute/claim needs to be raised with Pine Labs only.
  8. SEVERABILITY
    • If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future applicable laws: (a) such provision will be replaced with another, which is not prohibited or unenforceable and has, as far as possible, the same legal and commercial effect as that which it replaces; and (b) the remaining provisions of the T&C will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or by its severance here from.

  9. TERMINATION
    • CROMPTON reserves right to withdraw offer and terminate the website any time without prior notice. There will be no compensation provided for any unclaimed /pending cashback amount.
  10. ASSIGNMENT
    • You shall not assign or transfer any rights, obligations, or privileges that You have under these T&C, without the prior written consent of CROMPTON. Subject to the foregoing, these T&C will be binding on the successors and permitted assignees of CROMPTON. Any assignment or transfer in violation of this clause will be deemed null and void.
  11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
    • CROMPTON reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your access and use of the Promo following any such change constitutes Your agreement to follow and be bound by these T&C, as updated or modified.   12. GOVERNING LAW AND JUSTIFICATION
    • These T&C are governed and construed in accordance with Indian law. By using the Website, You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in the event of any disputes arising out of or in relation to Your access to and availing of the Cashback offer under the Promo and these T&C.
