No Cost EMI

》 The following terms and conditions apply to no cost equated monthly instalment ("EMI") transactions made using a credit card or a debit card issued by any bank and using EMI facility as a payment option ("No Cost EMI").

》The No Cost EMI facility is being offered to the customers who make a purchase transaction on applicable products in our Woohoo Platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by Pine Labs Pvt Ltd (“Pine Labs”), using a credit card or debit card issued by any bank using EMI facility, available on our website. The Platform may be accessed as a website, or as a mobile application.

》It is hereby clarified that Pine Labs shall not in any manner be responsible or bear any liability for the EMI facilities availed on the platform. Pine Labs is responsible solely for the provision of the Platform for Parties’ usage. Pine Labs bears no responsibility, relation or liability for the actions of any of the Parties, including the Issuing Banks and Payment Gateway Services Provider(s), in relation to the EMI facilities under these terms & conditions.

》The No Cost EMI facility is made available on select products, as determined from time to time. No Cost EMI Offer is applicable for selected banks for Tenure of 3 and 6 months for a minimum cart value of Rs 3000 and above for credit cards.

》The No Cost EMI payment option can only be availed using the credit card or debit card of listed banks in the site and is not available on purchases made using any other payment method including net banking payment methods.

》Using the No Cost EMI payment option, the customers who undertake the purchase transactions on our Platform, will only pay amounts such that the total of these amounts during the EMI tenure is equal to the list price of the products as displayed on the product page of the Issuing Bank or Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) (at the time of making the purchase transactions). Amounts equivalent to the interest imposed by the banks to undertake the purchase transactions on EMI will be provided.

》The banks issuing the credit cards or debit cards reserve the right to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes on the purchase transactions undertaken on EMI.

》Customers may avail the No Cost EMI facility, provided that the order is not cancelled by the customer.

》The EMI facility is made available to the customers by and in the sole discretion of the banks issuing the debit cards or credit cards. Pine Labs will not be liable for any claims on account of availability or non-availability of EMI facility.

》Pine Labs reserves the right to stop No Cost EMI payment option at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
