The following terms & conditions apply to any transactions made using EMI as a payment option on our Woohoo Platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by Pine Labs Pvt Ltd (“Pine Labs”). The Platform may be accessed as a website or as a mobile application.

It is hereby clarified that Pine Labs shall not in any manner be responsible or bear any liability for the EMI facilities availed on the platform. Pine Labs is responsible solely for the provision of the Platform for Parties’ usage. Pine Labs bears no responsibility, relation or liability for the actions of any of the Parties, including the Issuing Banks and Payment Gateway Services Provider(s), in relation to the EMI facilities under these terms & conditions.

The credit card or debit card issuing Banks / Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) shall have the sole discretion to determine the eligibility including but not limited to the minimum purchase to be made on the platform for availing of the "EMI payment method” facilitated by Pine Labs.

The EMI facility is not available on purchases made, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery payment methods. Also, EMI is not eligible on International Issued Cards and International deliveries.

The EMI facility is being offered by the respective banks to the customer, and Pine Labs has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to offering of the EMI facility, which is decided at the sole discretion of the Issuing Bank.

The EMI facility being offered by the banks to the customers is governed by the respective terms and conditions of each Issuing Bank and the Customer is advised to approach the Issuing Bank or Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) in case of any complaint, dispute, or enquiry about an EMI transaction.

Any applicable taxes will be levied by the Issuing Banks on the charges levied by them for the EMI facility as mandated by applicable laws and regulations.

Pine Labs reserves the right to stop facilitating this service on our Platform without any prior notice.

All representative EMI related information (EMI amount, Interest rate charged, Total amount payable) for the customer's purchase may be available on Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) landing page. Customers are redirected from the Platform to the landing page. All details are configured by Payment Gateway Services Provider(s). Issuing Banks and Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) are the authoritative source of this information and customers are advised to directly contact them for any further clarifications in this regard. For more information, we request you to review the terms and conditions of the respective Issuing Banks offering such EMI facility.

Pine Labs shall not be held liable for any dispute arising.

Pine Labs shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such EMI facility being offered by the respective Issuing Banks or Payment Gateway Services Provider(s) including but not limited to the authenticity and/or accuracy of any EMI information supplied by the banks to Pine Labs for displaying on its Platform.
