Goomo is derived from the hindi word “Ghoomo” which signifies travel across India and has a modern feel to it.
Goomo was launched in March 2017 with an intent to focus on the fast growing b2c travel segment. Goomo provides a platform to book Flights, Hotels, Packages, Visa, and Gift Cards. Goomo's corporate segment has been in business for over 25 years and is a market leader in MICE business in India.
Activation of the Gift Cards
- To activate the pre-loaded gift card the customer needs to visit https://goomocards.lifafa.com/activation/ and enter the 16 digit gift card number along with other details required to activate the card.
- An OTP will be sent to the customer’s mobile number and on successful verification the gift card will be activated and available to use immediately.
Redemption Process
Customers can redeem the activated gift card on https://www.goomo.com/ or on Goomo Android or iOS app to book Flights or Hotels.
- Select your flight or hotel
- Enter all your details and proceed to the payment page.
- On the payment page, select 'Gift Cards' as the Payment mode.
- Enter your unique 16-digit card number to pay for your flight or hotel
- The amount on the card will be redeemed against the total amount due and the balance if any needs to be paid by using alternate modes of payment available (credit/ debit card or net banking)
- In case the transaction amount is lower than the card value, the balance on the card will remain till the validity period. There may be a limit to the maximum transactions allowed for each card.
