Terms & Conditions
- Kindly read the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Contest") before entering the Woohoo Grand Giveaway Lucky Draw Contest ("Contest") run by Pine Labs Private Limited (“Pine Labs”). You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms of Contest in relation to this Contest and/or Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
These Terms of Contest are in addition to the Woohoo.in Terms Of Use and 'Privacy Policy' to which you agree by using www.woohoo.in and Woohoo App ("Woohoo").
THIS CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU IN VIEW OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEME (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1979.
For the purposes of these Terms of Contest, wherever the context so admits, the terms "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest. “natural person” shall mean an individual natural person residing in India in accordance with the law of The Republic of India except individual natural persons residing in Tamil Nadu.
In the event there is any conflict between the aforesaid Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and these Terms of Contest, these Terms of Contest will prevail with respect to the Contest only.
- To be eligible to participate in the contest, you are required to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
- (a) You should be a resident of India; and
- (b) You should be of an age of 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
- (c) You should have a valid proof of Identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card/Driving license/Voter ID/Indian passport
- CONTEST DETAILS AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- This Contest will commence from 00:00:00 hours on 6th Jan 2023 till 23:59:59 hours on 15th February 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period").
- In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, the user must do at least one transaction of minimum value INR 499 on Woohoo.in or Woohoo App in a day to become eligible for Lucky Draw. To increase the chance of winning, the user can do as many transactions as possible during the Contest Period.
- Out of all the participants who made the eligible transactions for the day during the Contest Period will be entered into the draw group of the day. Customers will have till 11:59 PM IST of the same calendar day to make the eligible transaction to be entered into the draw group of the day.
- 2 Winners will be selected by a draw of lots on a random basis everyday. The selected Everyday Winners will be eligible to receive a gift card of INR 2023 from Amazon or Zomato or Myntra, in sole discretion of Pine Labs.
- It is hereby clarified that in-total 2 participants will be selected & declared as Daily Winners everyday until 15 th Feb 2023.
- Daily Winners will be announced on Woohoo’s social media handles and also will be published on the page – https://www.woohoo.in/grand-giveaway-daily-winners
- The Daily Prize(s) will be delivered to the Daily Winners within 7 working days of the winner being announced.
- The Daily Prize(s) to the Daily Winners shall be given subject to compliance with all the applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production of all such documents / papers as may be required by Pine Labs.
- The selected Daily Winners will be notified via e-mail by Woohoo on their registered E-mail as registered on Woohoo.in & Woohoo App. By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, participant(s) agree that he/she has a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and may be required to share the said documents with Pine labs as and when requested. The name that the customer uses to register with Woohoo must match the name on the proof of ID that is shared with Woohoo. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Pine Labs, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
- Out of all the participants who made the eligible transactions during the contest period, 1 participant will be selected by a draw of lots on random basis. The selected Bumper Prize Winner will be eligible to receive an iPhone 13. It is hereby clarified that only 1 participant will be selected by a draw of lots on random basis in and throughout the Contest Period.
- Bumper Prize Winner will be announced on Woohoo’s social media handles and also will be published on the page – www.woohoo.in/daily-winners-liston or before March 20th, 2023.
- The Bumper Prize to the Bumper Prize Winner shall be given subject to compliance with all the applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production of all such documents / papers as may be required by Pine Labs.
- The selected Bumper Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail by Woohoo on their registered E-mail as registered on Woohoo.in & Woohoo App. By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, participant(s) agree that he/she has a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and may be required to share the said documents with Pine Labs as and when requested. The name that the customer uses to register with Woohoo must match the name on the proof of ID that is shared with Woohoo. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Pine Labs, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
- Pine Labs solely reserves the right to change/modify or stop the campaign without prior notice.
- Pine Labs, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Contest.
- Pine Labs reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Pine Labs’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
- Pine Labs is not responsible for any errors or losses arising out of any technical or human error.
- You agree that all decisions related to the Contest of Pine Labs are final and binding on you.
- The Contest is governed by the laws of India. These Terms of Contest are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
- Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till the point of time the selected winners are announced. Post such date Pine Labs will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
- This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Pine Labs ("Force Majeure Event"). Pine Labs shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
- This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Pine Labs, its affiliates and any of their employees, directors, agents, representatives or successor and its services for any matters in relation to this Contest, including the Prize and/or benefits. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Pine Labs's negligence.
- Pine Labs may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Woohoo or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these Terms of Contest; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
- All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy available at Woohoo.in and Woohoo App.
