TERMS & CONDITIONS

    “HHIL” or “Company”: Hindware Home Innovation Limited (formerly known as Somany Home Innovation Limited) is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies’ Act 2013 having its registered office at 2, Red Cross Place, Kolkata - 700001 and corporate office at Plot 68, Echelon Institutional Area, Sec-32, Gurugram – 122001.
  1. This Festive Consumer Scheme is exclusively designed for individuals who are direct customers or end consumer as considered by Company.
  2. Offer is available at select outlets of selected cities/ states/ union territories based out in South & West of India (Except State of Tamil Nadu and such other state/union territory where it is banned or prohibited under applicable law/s).
    • West India includes Maharashtra & Gujarat states.
    • South India includes Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka & Kerala state.
  3. Scheme shall be void in any state where prohibited by law (currently or in future), including but not limited to, the state of Tamil Nadu, etc. Accordingly, in such case, Company shall not be liable to provide any reward/ prize, or compensation to the participant on any account
  4. Customer should retain the original invoice copy /dealer with a valid GST invoice in order to claim the reward. The retail outlet or authorized service provider’s GST number in the form must be entered exactly as per the GST invoice issued by the dealer from whom the Qualifying Product is purchased, including the spaces and spelling
  5. Offer is subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Offers is available on purchase of Hindware Smart Appliances- fans only.
  7. It is a limited period Offer available on purchase of Hindware Smart Appliances – fans (“Products” or “Fans”) during 1st Nov to 30th Nov’22 and participation to program is voluntary.
  8. Offers available till the stocks last and is valid only for the fans purchased directly from the authorised stores of the Company.
  9. If the customer is an employee or dealer or distributor (or their relatives) of Hindware Home Innovation Ltd., then he/she is not entitled to get the reward.
  10. In the invoice picture shared is not legible or does not meet the validation or is not related to purchase of Hindware Fans or is outside the scope of the scheme mentioned, then the customer is not eligible to claim the reward.
  11. One mobile number can participate once during the campaign period.
  12. Duplicate invoices will not be accepted.
  13. Mega prize i-pad mini will be given through randomizer and the announcement to be done at the end of the campaign.
  14. Offers are not applicable on Hindware Smart Appliances ceiling fans purchased online or any e-commerce website or platform.
  15. In case of any dispute, decision of Hindware home innovation limited will be final.
  16. Products purchased from authorized stores of the company will only be considered. This program cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/program/offer unless otherwise prior approved in writing by Company.
  17. To become eligible for availing benefits of the scheme, the customer must purchase Products covered in the offer. Once, Customer becomes eligible for offer then he will be entitled for assured cashback or Gift as per the policy.
  18. Company reserves right to decide the colour/model/specification/grade etc. of Gift at any point of time during the offer period and same would be sent to the Customer post verification of his/her documents, subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions by customer and reasonable enquiry by Company.
  19. Company reserves the right to revoke the assured cash back and/or Gift in the event of non-production of any of the necessary documents and/or submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent document(s)/ information furnished by Carpenter/participant.
  20. Company reserves the right, at its own discretion and without cause, to disqualify any individual from participating in the Scheme. Company also reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold/forfeit any assured cashbacks/ Gift won by any customer if suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions
  21. There shall be no warranties, representations or guaranties of any kind whatsoever regarding the Gift/assured cashback from Company; they have to contact the brand owners at their own risk and cost.
  22. This scheme shall not be applicable for institutional, organizational or corporate purchase.
  23. It shall be responsibility of the customer to register themselves for the reward by giving the missed call on the subjected mobile no. or scanning the QR code and in case, customer fails to do so, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner.
  24. Company shall not be liable for delay in delivery of Gift /Cashbacks due to non-availability of stocks or any reasons beyond its control.
  25. If at any time, any tax or fee is levied by the appropriate government or authority, same shall be borne by the said customer.
  26. The Gift /cashbacks under the present scheme are non-transferrable.
  27. Participation of customers in this scheme shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance of said terms and conditions of this scheme.
  28. Company reserves the rights to discontinue, cancel, change or substitute any gift/assured cashback or any terms of the program at any time without prior notice.

  30. Company shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the entries by the customer or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the participation of the customer or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.
  31. The Customer/ Participant hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Company, its associated companies, event management company & their respective promotors, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Participant
  32. The customer/ Participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Company and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective promotors, directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that the customer/ Participant may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account availing this Offer.
  33. Disclaimer: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties related to the offer, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. the maximum liability of Company in respect of any claims, losses, costs or damages arising out of or related to this scheme shall always be limited to the amount equivalent to the cashback/ gift (As the case may be) in question which shall be payable only upon adjudication by the competent court having jurisdiction.
  34. This advertisement is purely for a promotional event and Hindware does not endorse, or evaluate the advertised product, service, or company not any of the claims made by the advertisement.
  35. The cost, if any, of any SMS messages sent or phone call made by the Customer will have to be borne by the Customer as per the prevailing tariff plans with such Customer’s cellular service provider.
  36. The responsibility of undertaking each of the actions set out in above terms & conditions, is solely that of the winning Customer, and neither the Company, nor the dealer from whom the relevant Fan has been purchased shall have any responsibility or liability in this regard.
  37. Neither the Company nor the dealer from whom the relevant Fan has been purchased shall have any responsibility or liability for any lost, stolen or misplaced invoices. Each Customer is required to retain the original invoice with GST in respect of the Qualifying Product until the offer end date
  38. Participant unconditionally consent to accessing of information and/or images of Participant by Company or its authorized agency for media coverage, advertisement or publicity for present & future communications without any further consideration to the Participant including promotion of its products anywhere in the world
  39. The copyright, trademark, or any kind of intellectual property of the involved products shall be at all times vested/ reserved to the respective entity and infringement of any of the aforesaid can lead to serious legal repercussions. Hindware shall not be held responsible for such infringement.
  40. In case of any dispute/disagreement/conflicts/controversy, decision of Hindware home innovation limited will be final and binding. All disputes are subject to competent courts at Gurugram jurisdiction only.
