- Kindly read the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Contest") before entering the Woohoo Lucky Draw Contest ("Contest") run by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”). You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms of Contest in relation to this Contest and/or Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
These Terms of Contest are in addition to the Woohoo.in Terms Of Use and 'Privacy Policy' to which you agree by using www.woohoo.in ("Woohoo.in").
THIS CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU IN VIEW OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEME (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1979.
For the purposes of these Terms of Contest, wherever the context so admits, the terms "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
In the event there is any conflict between the aforesaid Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and these Terms of Contest, these Terms of Contest will prevail with respect to the Contest only.
- ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to participate in the contest, you are required to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:- (a) You should be a resident of India; and
- (b) You should be of an age of 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
- CONTEST DETAILS AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- This Contest will commence on Oct 12, 2020 and will end on Oct 31, 2020 ("Contest Period").

To be eligible for participation, you are required to, during the Contest Period:
- Buy gift cards worth Rs.50000 & above to Stand a chance to win a Hyatt Dining Club Membership [“Prize 1”].
- Buy gift cards worth Rs.20000 & above to Stand a chance to win a stay voucher redeemable at Alila Bishamgarh, Jaipur [“Prize 2”].
- Buy gift cards worth Rs.10000 & above to Stand a chance to win a stay voucher redeemable at specific Hyatt hotels & resorts [“Prize 3”].
- Buy gift cards worth Rs. 5000 & above to Stand a chance to win a meal voucher redeemable specific Hyatt hotels & resorts [“Prize 4”].

All purchases made between October 12, 2020 & October 31, 2020 will be considered towards this lucky draw.
Based on the cumulative purchase amount, you shall be eligible only for that Prize (i.e Prize 1, Prize 2, Prize 3 or Prize 4) that your cumulative purchase amount makes you eligible for.
No participant is allowed to be eligible for more than one Prize i.e. if you are eligible for Prize 1, you are not eligible for Prize 2, Prize 3 and Prize 4.
- Out of all the participants who are eligible to receive the Prizes, 80 participants will be selected by draw of lots, the selected participants will stand a chance to win a Prize.
- Each winner will be eligible to receive only one (1) Prize under this Contest, irrespective of the purchases made during the Contest Period. The decision of Woohoo regarding winners shall be final.
- PRIZES
Each Prize will be awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The actual Prize may differ, including in colour and appearance. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, Qwikcilver, due to circumstances beyond control, may provide for a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. By participating, you agree to bear all the taxes that may be applicable towards the Prize received under this Contest and shall not hold Qwikcilver responsible for payment of the same and / or any dispute arising in relation thereof. The Prizes shall also be governed in accordance with the respective Terms and Conditions under which they are issued. - WINNER COMMUNICATION
- The selected winners shall be announced within 15 days from the date of completion of the Contest Period.
- The selected winners will be notified by e-mail or via any other medium;
- The selected winners are required to share a valid proof of identity and age within the prescribed time period. The selected winners may provide a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
- The physical vouchers will be couriered to the winners on their registered address.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Qwikcilver may, in accordance with applicable law and in its sole discretion, change the Terms of Contest or cancel / suspend the Contest at any time.
- Qwikcilver is not responsible for any errors or losses arising out of any technical or human error.
- Qwikcilver may disqualify any participant for acting in violation of these Terms of Contest or the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- You agree that all decisions related to the Contest of Qwikcilver are final and binding on you.
- The Contest is governed by the laws of India. These Terms of Contest are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
- This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Qwikcilver ("Force Majeure Event"). Qwikcilver shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
- This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Qwikcilver, its affiliates and any of their employees, directors, agents, representatives or successor and its services for any matters in relation to this Contest, including the Prize and/or benefits. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Qwikcilver's negligence.
