Terms & Conditions
  • Kindly read the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Contest") before entering the Woohoo Lucky Draw Contest ("Contest") run by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”). You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms of Contest in relation to this Contest and/or Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

    These Terms of Contest are in addition to the Woohoo.in Terms Of Use and 'Privacy Policy' to which you agree by using www.woohoo.in and Woohoo App ("Woohoo").

    THIS CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU IN VIEW OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEME (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1979.

    For the purposes of these Terms of Contest, wherever the context so admits, the terms "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

    In the event there is any conflict between the aforesaid Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and these Terms of Contest, these Terms of Contest will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

      • ELIGIBILITY
        To be eligible to participate in the contest, you are required to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
        • (a) You should be a resident of India; and
        • (b) You should be of an age of 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
        • (c) You should have a valid proof of Identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card/Driving license/Voter ID/Indian passport

    • CONTEST DETAILS AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
      1. This Contest will commence from 00:00:00 hours on 26th Oct’ 2021 till 23:59:59 hours on 30th Nov 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period").
      2. In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, the user must do at least one transaction of minimum value INR 499 on Woohoo.in or Woohoo App to become eligible for Lucky Draw.
      3. The user must use the promo code WOOHOOLUCKY (hereinafter referred to as “Promo code") in the transaction to become eligible for Lucky Draw. To increase the chance of winning, the user can do as many transactions as possible using the promo code.
      4. This Contest is not eligible on purchase of the following products: Amazon Pay Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Special Gift Cards and Pineperks Rupay Gift Cards.
      5. All the participants who successfully complete the eligible transactions will receive 11 Woohoo Coins as a token of acknowledgment. The Woohoo Coins will be added to the participant’s Woohoo account within 1 hour of completing the transaction.
      6. A minimum of 2000 entries are required to validate contest and award grand prize. Qwikcilver Solution Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate the Contest in the event that 2000 entries are not received during the contest period, at its sole discretion.
    • PRIZES
      1. Out of all the participants who made the eligible transactions during the contest period, 5 participants will be selected by a draw of lots on random basis. (hereinafter referred to as “Selected Winners”). The selected Winners will be eligible to receive a total of INR 1 lakh worth of Gift Cards (hereinafter referred to as ‘Prizes"). as per the following order:
        • 1st Winner – Gift Cards worth INR 50000
        • 2nd Winner – Gift Cards worth INR 25000
        • 3rd Winner – Gift Cards worth INR 15000
        • 4th & 5th Winner - Gift Cards worth INR 5000 each
      2. It is hereby clarified that in-total 5 participants will be selected & declared as Winners on Dec 02, 2021.
      3. The prize(s) will be delivered to the winner on or before Dec 15, 2021.
      4. The prize(s) to the winners shall be given subject to compliance with all the applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production of all such documents / papers as may be required by Qwikcilver.
      5. The selected winners will be notified via e-mail by Woohoo on their registered E-mail as registered on Woohoo.in & Woohoo App. By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, participant(s) agree that he/she has a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and may be required to share the said documents with Qwikcilver as and when requested. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Qwikcilver, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
      6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable
    • ADDITIONAL TERMS
      1. Qwikcilver solely reserves the right to change/modify or stop the campaign without prior notice.
      2. Qwikcilver, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Contest.
      3. Qwikcilver reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Qwikcilver’s decision in this regard shall be final.
      4. Qwikcilver is not responsible for any errors or losses arising out of any technical or human error.
      5. You agree that all decisions related to the Contest of Qwikcilver are final and binding on you.
      6. The Contest is governed by the laws of India. These Terms of Contest are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
      7. Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till the point of time the selected winners are announced. Post such date Qwikcilver will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons
      8. Employees of Qwikcilver (including their family members & relatives) and of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies, shall not be eligible for any of the gratifications under this Contest. In case it comes to the knowledge of Qwikcilver that any Winner or participants is an employee of Qwikcilver or their family member, Qwikcilver reserves the right to forfeit the gratification or disqualify the participation of such participant.
      9. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Qwikcilver ("Force Majeure Event"). Qwikcilver shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
      10. This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Qwikcilver, its affiliates and any of their employees, directors, agents, representatives or successor and its services for any matters in relation to this Contest, including the Prize and/or benefits. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Qwikcilver's negligence.

      All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy available at Woohoo.in and Woohoo App.
