Terms and Conditions for McCain FS Metro Cash ‘N’ Carry Offer 2022

• This Offer is valid only for Registered Business Customers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customers’) of Metro Cash and Carry India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Metro’) in India.
• This Offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
• This Offer is not valid for consumers and/or public at large.
• This Offer is valid from 28th November 2022 to 31st December 2022 (both days inclusive). Only purchases made and participation SMSs sent during the Offer Period shall be considered valid. Any claim submitted post 31st December 2022 shall become ineligible and shall not be considered under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Upon purchase of McCain Food Service Specialty Products worth Rs.750/-, the Customer shall be eligible for a Scratch Card (‘Scratch Card’).
• Each Scratch Coupon will make the Customer eligible for a minimum of Paytm cashback (‘Paytm Cashback’) of Rs.50.
• Customer has to SMS CNC<SPACE>UNIQUE CODE to 8367283672 to avail the Paytm Cashback.
• Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. (‘Organizers’) shall be administering this Offer. All disputes, issues, complaints with regard to the Offer should be taken up with the Organizers.
• Paytm Cashback will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Paytm.
• McCain Foods India Private Limited (‘McCain’) in its sole discretion reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw this Offer without notice.
• The Paytm Cashback under this Offer is non-transferable and non-encashable.
• The Customer must retain a copy of the original invoice.
• McCain Specialty Products sold under this Offer cannot be returned/exchanged after sale.
• Participation in the scheme is voluntary and the products are also available without this offer. McCain shall not be responsible for any form of loss caused to Customers while participating in this Offer. Participating in the Offer shall be considered as a deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of this scheme.
• Any dispute in relation to this scheme shall be subject to Jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi only.
