- Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”) operates the technology platform woohoo, whereon it offers to customers gift cards of various brands for purchase against payment through various payment modes such as credit card, debit card and net banking.
- Qwikcilver has partnered with PayU, a payment gateway which effectuates payments between customers and the acquiring banks. PayU is offering the Zero Cost EMI facility to customers on the woohoo platform. Customers may avail of the Zero Cost EMI facility through PayU at the time of checkout, subject to such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by PayU. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Qwikcilver is merely offering the technology platform and the Gift cards, and is not in any manner of form involved in the provision of the Zero Cost EMI facility to the customers. The arrangement for the Zero Cost EMI Facility shall be between PayU and the customer exclusively at the sole risk of the customer, and QC shall not be party to the same.
- Zero-Cost EMI facility can be modified, changed or discontinued at any time without prior intimation.
- Gift Cards purchased on EMI cannot be returned, and no refunds will be processed in respect of the same.
- Banks may charge a convenience for these transactions. Please check with your bank before completing the transaction.
- Once the transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled or modified and no refunds will be given whatsoever.
- Qwikcilver will not be responsible for any dispute between the PayU, the acquiring bank and the customer. All disputes must be taken up by the customer with PayU directly and not with Qwikcilver . For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Qwikcilver is merely offering the technology platform and the Gift cards, and is not in any manner of form involved in the provision of the Zero Cost EMI facility to the customers.
