Terms and Conditions

  1. Ferrero Retailer Engagement Program (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") is an initiative of FERRERO INDIA PVT LTD having its registered office Tower 1, Dholepatil Farms Rd, EON Free Zone, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 (“Ferrero”). Please read these terms and conditions including the ones set out in Annexures hereto (together "T&Cs") before participating in this Campaign. In case of conflict, the provisions of the Annexures shall prevail.
  2. Participation in this Campaign is voluntary. You agree that, if you chose to participate in this Campaign, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Campaign eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
  3. Ferrero has engaged with Pine Labs Pvt Ltd to organize and run the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Partner”).
  4. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a Participant in the Campaign and "We" or "Our" or “Ferrero” shall mean Ferrero India Pvt Ltd.
  5. Details of the Campaign and How to enter:
    • Campaign Period: This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. 1st-March’24 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 30th-April’24 ("Campaign Period"). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
    • This Campaign is applicable PAN India including Tamil Nadu. Notwithstanding anything contained herein.
  6. I hereby irrevocably and absolutely appoint Pine Labs Private Limited as my agent for the purposes of facilitating the transfer of amounts due from [Ferrero India Private Limited] to me under this [Ferrero RRR program] program and expressly share my personal information for this purpose. I further consent to and authorise Pine Labs Private Limited to process and store my personal information including any sensitive personal data for the said purposes.
    NOTE: Recheck the UPI ID entered before submitting. The reward amount will not be transferred for any incorrect details. Re-submission of this detail will not be possible/accepted.

Terms and conditions for Ferrero Cash Karo Carnival

  1. Scheme details for Ferrero Cash Karo Carnival:
    • 1. You will be eligible for a reward on purchase of our products as stated above.
    • 2. The reward under this program will be fulfilled by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. Who is appointed as an agency for this program of Ferrero.
    • 3. It is not mandatory to participate in the said program and you will continue to get Ferrero products through our authorized distributors, irrespective of your participation.
    • 4. Retailers are eligible to get rewarded only once during the calendar month.
    • 5. Once rewarded participants are not eligible to win reward for the same month. To earn more rewards participants must participate next month and must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    • 6. Participant is eligible to upload invoice & the image of the product max two times during the calendar month to fulfil the criteria.
    • 7. 3 entries are not acceptable under this program.
    • 8. Rewards can be fulfilled via Amazon Pay EGV, Flipkart EGV or via UPI.
    • 9. Participant must ensure to provide the correct UPI id to get the cashback via UPI. An incorrect UPI id will lead to failure of the transaction. Participants cannot resubmit their entry.
    • 10. Ferrero and its authorized distributors will not be liable for any financial implications, liabilities, or damages etc. under this Program.
    • 11. Any disputes under this Program will be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
  2. How to Participate
    • Participant must scan the QR code or WhatsApp ‘Hi’ to the number mentioned on the leaflet.
    • Participant must provide the required details on the bot and upload the copy of the invoice along with the image of the unit.
    • Post verification participants will get their reward via their preferred reward mode. This may take up to 72 business hours.

Terms And Conditions for Nutella Npos Drive

  • 1. Scheme details for Ferrero Cash Karo Carnival: On purchase of total 4 units that is consisting of SKU of 180Gm/350Gm NPOS will be eligible to get a reward.
  • 2. You can purchase any combination of 180 gm or 350 gm.
  • 3. Reward value – Rs. 100 via Amazon Pay EGV, Flipkart EGV or via UPI.
  • 4. You will be eligible for a reward on purchase of our products as stated above.
  • 5. The reward under this program will be fulfilled by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. Who is appointed as an agency for this program of Ferrero.
  • 6. It is not mandatory to participate in the said program and you will continue to get Ferrero products through our authorized distributors, irrespective of your participation.
  • 7. Retailers are eligible to get rewarded only once during the calendar month.
  • 8. Once rewarded participants are not eligible to win reward for the same month. To earn more rewards participants must participate next month and must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • 9. Participant is eligible to upload invoice & the image of the product max one time during the calendar month to fulfil the criteria.
  • 10. In case the retailer is uploading the details twice then the retailer’s entry for the month will be disqualified.
  • 11. Rewards can be fulfilled via Amazon Pay EGV, Flipkart EGV or via UPI.
  • 12. Participant must ensure to provide the correct UPI id to get the cashback via UPI. An incorrect UPI id will lead to failure of the transaction. Participants cannot resubmit their entry.
  • 13. Ferrero and its authorized distributors will not be liable for any financial implications, liabilities, or damages etc. under this Program.
