Terms and Conditions

• This Qwikcilver Corporate Rewards Points (Rewards Points) are powered by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited. Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and Powers the Qwikcilver Corporate Reward Points Program.
• Qwikcilver will load the reward points onto the rewards account of the eligible employees and others.
• Each reward point is equal to  INR 1.
• The Rewards Points are valid for 1 year from the date of loading onto the rewards accounts of the eligible employees.
• The Rewards Points cannot be revalidated after the expiry.
• This Rewards Points are redeemable for all brand cards listed at www.woohoo.in and in Woohoo App.
• Protect the reward account  numbers and PIN numbers to avoid misuse.
• Qwikcilver Solutions will not be responsible in case the reward account number is lost, stolen or compromised or used without permission.
• In case the account number gets stolen, reward point cannot be reissued, nor refunded.
• Process of redemption of this Rewards Points is given below.

Qwikcilver Corporate Reward Card Redemption Process

• Once the Beneficiary receives communication about activation and loading onto rewards accounts, he/she can log on to the woohoo.in and woohoo app and can start redeeming his/her Rewards points from the brands displayed on the woohoo.in and woohoo app.
• Beneficiary can add his/her choice of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards to the cart and can proceed to check out (payment & billing page).
• At the payment & billing page, he/she can choose Gift Card/ E-Gift Card to be delivered to their registered address.
• In case of the E-Gift Cards, the Beneficiaries shall provide the email id where they want the E-Gift Card to be sent.
• Beneficiary can make the payments through the Rewards Points residing in the Rewards Accounts.
• To redeem the Rewards Points on www.woohoo.in, enter the 16 digit reward account number and PIN in the Checkout page
• To redeem the Rewards points on Woohoo App, add this to currency and select a brand to spend. Download Woohoo App from Google play store for more details
• If the redemption value exceeds the Gift Card/E-Gift Card opted for, the Beneficiary can make the balance payments through Credit /Debit /NEFT payment options.
• After the successful payment process the order is generated and the confirmation is shared to the email id associated with registration.
• SMS communication sent to registered mobile number intimating the redemption.
