Gift Card Basics
Select your favourite brand, choose the card type (Gift Card, E-Gift Card, or Gift Voucher), enter the denomination and quantity, then click "Buy Now." You will be directed to checkout where you enter billing and shipping details and select a payment method.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards typically have a validity of 3 to 12 months. The exact validity varies by brand — always check the Terms & Conditions on the product page before purchasing.
Yes. For physical cards, enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. For E-Gift Cards, send them via email, SMS, or WhatsApp through the Woohoo app and personalise them with themes, images, or voice notes.
Yes. The Woohoo app allows you to schedule E-Gift Card delivery in advance so the card arrives exactly on the occasion — birthday, anniversary, or festival.

Recharge of a physical Gift Card depends on the brand's terms. If allowed, it can be done at any participating retail outlet of that brand in your city. E-Gift Cards cannot be recharged.

Woohoo Coins
Woohoo Coins are reward points earned through purchases and promotions on Woohoo.in and the Woohoo app. Each coin equals Rs. 1 and can be used to partially pay for brand gift cards on the platform.
Coins can be earned through promotional offers on E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards, based on your purchase history, or credited on special occasions. Check the Offers section for the latest opportunities.
Add your desired gift card to cart and proceed to checkout. Select the "Woohoo Balance" payment option to apply your coins toward the purchase.
Woohoo Coins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Unused coins expire automatically after this period — use them promptly.
No. Woohoo Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or combined with any other active promotion. They are redeemable only toward gift card purchases on Woohoo.

Shipping Queries
Physical Gift Card orders are carefully packed and shipped via trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery is 4 to 5 working days. Many locations receive orders earlier. E-Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email or the Woohoo app.
A nominal handling fee of Rs. 90 applies to all physical orders. E-Gift Cards carry no shipping charges.
Currently, Woohoo operates exclusively within India and accepts domestic orders only. Stay tuned for future updates on international delivery.
No. COD is not available on Woohoo. All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.

Order Status
Each order is assigned a unique order number sent to you via email along with the sales invoice. You will also receive regular email updates on the shipping and delivery status.

Account & App
Register on woohoo.in or download the Woohoo app (available on Android and iOS) and sign up using your email address or mobile number.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email or mobile number. You will receive an OTP or a reset link to set a new password.
All your purchased gift cards are stored in "My Account" on woohoo.in or under "My Gift Cards" in the app, where you can view card numbers, PINs, and balances.
For security purposes, Woohoo may hold orders for identity verification, especially for new accounts or high-value transactions. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID. Contact gcsupport.woohoo@pinelabs.com for assistance.
Woohoo reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts in cases of multiple order failures, suspicious transaction behaviour, violation of Terms & Conditions, or detected fraudulent activity. This protects the safety and integrity of the platform for all users. If you believe your account was banned in error, contact our support team for a review.

Gift Card Refunds
Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Gift Vouchers once ordered cannot be cancelled. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
If a wrong Gift Card was delivered, contact us immediately. Return the entire package with the card intact and unused within 7 days for a replacement. Woohoo follows a no-cash-refund policy. Also notify us if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
If a transaction fails or an order is cancelled from Woohoo's end, the refund is typically initiated within a few business days. The time depends on your bank's processing timeline.

Troubleshooting
Try resetting the card PIN as guided on the brand's redemption page. If the issue persists, contact Woohoo support at 080 6453 4440 with your order details and the error message received.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, log into "My Account" on Woohoo to verify your order status. If the order is confirmed but the email is missing, contact support to have it resent.
Promo codes must be applied before payment is completed and cannot be applied retroactively. If you are certain the offer was valid and it still did not apply, contact support with your order number and offer details.
