- Steps for redemption:
- 1. Cashier logins into SPOS and clicks on the ‘Redeem’ tab
- 2. Cashier enters the 16-digit card number and clicks the‘ Check Balance’ button, which will trigger an OTP to the customer’s registered mobile number
- 3. Cashier fills in the amount, bill number, invoice details, and clicks on ‘Redeem’ button
- 4. When Card PIN is prompted, the cashier requests OTP from the customer and enters it in place of card PIN.
- 5. Redemption is successful and a notification message is sent to the customer’s mobile.
- Note that since it is a multi-redeemable gift card, OTP is used to avoid misuse.
