  • Terms & Conditions for Floating Canvas Gift Card

    1. Floating Canvas Company E-Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") can be used to subscribe or buy products on www.floatingcanvas.co
    2. If the order value exceeds the E-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by any of the available payment methods.
    3. If the order value is less than the amount of the E-Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E-Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions. To check outstanding balance, head to our E-Gift Cards page, click on the ‘Check E-Gift Card Balance’ link and enter your Gift Card number and PIN.
    4. In the event that a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the original E-Gift Card will be credited.
    5. E-Gift Cards stay valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
    6. E-Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    7. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.
    8. No Discount codes or Offers can be applied on the purchase of E-Gift Cards.
    9. There is no fee or other charges associated with E-Gift Card purchase.
    10. E-Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
    11. E-Gift Card reissuance/replacement can be offered for lost/stolen cards or wrong orders in case the amount is not used and after successful validation on a case-to-case basis.
    12. E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
    13. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
    14. Team Float Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior notice.
    15. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

    17. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
