Terms & Conditions for Wakefit E-Gift Card

1. The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
2. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
3. The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. This Gift Card is valid at only at Wakefit webstore ( www.wakefit.co )
5. This Gift Card cannot be redeemed at any of offline stores, Multi Brand Store, or any other websites (marketplaces) such as amazon.com or flipkart.com etc.
6. This Gift Card is redeemable on a minimum bill value of Rs.9000 only.
7. ONLY ONE GIFT CARD CAN BE REDEEMED AGAINST ONE INVOICE .
8. The Voucher is valid till 29th July 2021 only and cannot be further extended.
9. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
10. No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards, E- gift Cards and Gift Cards shipped by woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details
11. Any dispute should be referred to Wakefit customer support and the decision of the company shall be final.
12. Any redemption issues related queries customer needs to get in touch with Wakefit customer care only.
13. All disputes must be referred to Bengaluru jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final.
