Kindly read the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Contest") before entering the Woohoo Valentine's Lucky Draw Contest ("Contest") run by Pine Labs Ltd ("Pine Labs"). You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms of Contest in relation to this Contest and/or Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These Terms of Contest are in addition to the Woohoo.in Terms Of Use and 'Privacy Policy' to which you agree by using www.woohoo.in and Woohoo App ("Woohoo").

THIS CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU IN VIEW OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEME (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1979.

For the purposes of these Terms of Contest, wherever the context so admits, the terms "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

In the event there is any conflict between the aforesaid Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and these Terms of Contest, these Terms of Contest will prevail with respect to the Contest only.
- CONTEST DETAILS AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
  1. This Contest will commence from 00:00:00 hours on 21st January 2025 till 23:59:59 hours on 16th February 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Contest Period").
  2. In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, the user must purchase gift card(s) of minimum value INR 1,000 or more in a single transaction on Woohoo.in or Woohoo App to become eligible for the Lucky Draw.
  3. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter a valid email address and phone number during registration/transaction as the prize will be sent to the registered contact details if you are selected as the winner.
  4. To increase the chance of winning, the user can do multiple eligible transactions.
- PRIZES
  1. Weekly Prizes: Every Monday during the Contest Period, 1 winner will be selected by a draw of lots on random basis from all eligible entries received during the previous week.
    - Prize Amount: Each weekly winner will receive Gift Cards worth INR 5,000
    - Total Winners: 4 winners (one winner every Saturday)
  2. Winner Selection Period & Announcement Dates:
    - Week 1: Entries from 21st Jan - 26th Jan | Winner announced on 26th January 2026
    - Week 2: Entries from 27th Jan - 2nd Feb | Winner announced on 2nd February 2026
    - Week 3: Entries from 3rd Feb - 9th Feb | Winner announced on 9th February 2026
    - Week 4: Entries from 10th Feb - 16th Feb | Winner announced on 16th February 2026
  3. The winner's prize will be sent to their registered email address and phone number as provided during the transaction. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and valid.
  4. The prize(s) will be delivered to each winner within 7 working days of announcement.
  5. The prize(s) to the winners shall be given subject to compliance with all the applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by Pine Labs.
  6. The selected winners will be notified via e-mail by Woohoo on their registered E-mail as registered on Woohoo.in & Woohoo App. By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, participant(s) agree that he/she has a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Indian passport and may be required to share the said documents with Pine Labs as and when requested.
  7. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within 48 hours, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
  8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS
  1. Pine Labs solely reserves the right to change/modify or stop the campaign without prior notice.
  2. Pine Labs, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Contest.
  3. Pine Labs reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Pine Labs's decision in this regard shall be final.
  4. Pine Labs is not responsible for any errors or losses arising out of any technical or human error.
  5. You agree that all decisions related to the Contest of Pine Labs are final and binding on you.
  6. The Contest is governed by the laws of India. These Terms of Contest are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
  7. Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till the point of time the selected winners are announced. Post such date Pine Labs will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
  8. Employees of Pine Labs (including their family members & relatives) and of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies, shall not be eligible for any of the gratifications under this Contest. In case it comes to the knowledge of Pine Labs that any Winner or participants is an employee of Pine Labs or their family member, Pine Labs reserves the right to forfeit the gratification or disqualify the participation of such participant.
  9. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Pine Labs ("Force Majeure Event"). Pine Labs shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
  10. This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Pine Labs, its affiliates and any of their employees, directors, agents, representatives or successor and its services for any matters in relation to this Contest, including the Prize and/or benefits. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Pine Labs's negligence.
- PRIVACY POLICY
  All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy available at Woohoo.in and Woohoo App.
