1.This contest is valid only for purchases made from this store.
2. Period of Contest -15th September 2022 till 31st October 2022.

4. The participant will be responsible for scanning the QR Code and entering the slogan along with other details required for participating in the contest. The QR Code can be scanned from any mobile application which support scanning. Store will not be responsible in case any incomplete details being submitted by the participant post scanning the QR code. Correctly filled details shall only be eligible / considered for contest participation.
5. The results of the contest will be announced in first week of November 2022.
6. The following prizes will be given out in NovemberWinner shall win 1 (one) Samsung Top Load Washing Machine (“Prize”). Distribution of Prize is subject to availability.
7. All winners will be shortlisted purely based on randomly picked entries by computer / panel nominated by organizers
8. One winner cannot win more than 1 prize.
9. The winners will be intimated on the contact number provided in their details directly. The brand shall make reasonable attempts to reach out to the winner on the mobile number shared but in case the winner is not reachable, his / her participation shall stand cancelled.
10. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their personal details (name, address, member No., email id, ID Proof) are updated and accurate in order to be able to receive the gratification / notification in time.
11. Winner needs to submit a copy of the signed government issued identity card to collect the prize.
12. The prize shall be delivered to the winner directly within 30 days from the date of intimation to the winner. Failure on the part of the winner to collect the prize within the stipulated time shall result in forfeiture of the Prize at the sole discretion of Reckitt . No participant shall be entitled to raise any claim/concerns/damages against Reckitt in this regard.

15. Contest prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable and not encashable. It will be the sole liability of the winners to discharge any / all taxes applicable / payable on the prize. Reckitt Benckiser shall not be liable to pay any tax on the prize. Manufacturing company of the prize will be solely responsible for all complaints pertaining to any defects / damage or fault in the same. Reckitt shall not be held responsible for any circumstances.
16. Reckitt shall maintain confidentiality of the personal information furnished by the contest Participants and shall be used only for the purpose of this contest.
17. Participation in the contest shall be voluntary. By participating in this contest, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions as well as the decisions of Reckitt , which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
18. Employees of Reckitt Benckiser / FRL, their dependents, agencies associated with this contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this contest
19. Reckitt shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond their control
20. Store shall not assume any liability arising from this contest.
21. Reckitt Benckiser reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions or discontinue, terminate, withdraw the contest at any time during the contest period at its sole discretion.
22. In case of any abuse or misuse of the offer, Reckittreserves the right to disqualify any member at its sole discretion.
23. Store is not responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment of any member participating in the offer or as a result of accepting the participation or for any factors which are beyond its control. By participating in the offer, the members agree not to make any claims (including special, indirect and consequential losses) against the stroe or its directors and employees and any losses, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the offer and acceptance of the coupon, shall be at the sole liability of the member.
24. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi, in the first instance.
