Program terms & conditionThis consumer promotional program (“Promo”) is launched & operated By Voltas Ltd and Managed by our program Partner Pine Llabs Pvt. Ltd (Pinelabs) for the benefit of its customers who wish to avail of the offer outlined in these T&C. By accessing or availing of the offer by way of this website (“Website”), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C and any other applicable law. Your continued use of the Website shall be constituted as your acceptance to the T&C, as revised from time to time. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not access and use the Website. For the purposes of these T&C, “we”, “our” and “us” shall mean <Voltas Ltd> and “You” and “Your” shall mean any person who avails of the Promo.

1. Eligibility:
   • You shall be eligible to avail of this Promo only upon successful purchase of the select <Voltas Ltd> products
2. PROCESS FOR CLAIMING THE CASHBACK
   • You will be eligible to receive assured cashback worth of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) (“Cashback”) on successful purchase of <Brand> products during the subsistence of the Promo.
   • You will be eligible to claim the reward worth INR 3000, in 6 (six) equal consecutive monthly tranches, in the form of Pine Perks RuPay Digital Card worth Rs. 500/-(Rupees five hundred) each (“Rupay Card”).
     The Rupay Card shall be accepted for online usage at all RuPay enabled ecommerce sites in India.
   • You may click on the reward link and login using registered mobile number and shall be able to select the RuPay Card and thereafter use reward wallet to claim the RuPay Card. You will receive your Rupay card via SMS as a link on successful claim.
   • For INR 3000 reward, following 5 (five) consecutive months, You may use the reward link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (eleventh) day to 17th (Seventeenth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”).
   • If You fail to claim the RuPay Card within the Claim Period, Your option to claim the RuPay Card for that particular month shall lapse.
3. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING THE CASHBACK
   • Following conditions must be met to avail cashback
     ▪ Each mobile number shall be eligible to claim the Cashback only once during the campaign period
     ▪ Mobile number used for claiming should match the mobile number mentioned in the invoice
   • You will receive the reward link via SMS on Your registered mobile number to claim the Rupay digital Card.
   • For INR 3000 reward, following 5 (five) consecutive months, You may use the reward link issued after registration to claim the RuPay Card from 11th (eleventh) day to 17th (Seventeenth) day of such calendar month (“Claim Period”).
   • If You fail to claim the RuPay Card within the Claim Period, Your option to claim the RuPay Card for that particular month shall lapse.
   • Any unused/expired/lapsed reward cannot be used by You for any other promotion or any other campaigns.
   • The Promo is exclusively offered for the eligible customers of Voltas.
   • In no event shall Voltas / Pine Llabs be obligated to settle the claims arising from the Promo in the form of cash.
   • Voltas/Pine Llabs in its sole discretion shall determine Your eligibility to participate in the Promo and issuance of the Rupay Card, subject to fulfilment by you of requirements under applicable laws and terms and conditions of Pine Labs. For the avoidance of any doubt, any transactions that are returned, disputed, unauthorized and/or fraudulent shall not be considered for the Promo.
   • This Promo shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence, and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
   • Voltas or its Program managing partner (Pine lLabs) reserves the right to disqualify You from availing the Promo, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by You for the purpose of availing the Promo.
   • Voltas may engage, hire, use the services of agent(s) and/or any third party(ies) for the purpose of providing marketing or sales related services or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf and You may be required to deal with such agents/third parties/service providers with respect to such product/services.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
   • Acceptance of these T&C implies Your express consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf at any contact number, or physical or electronic address provided by you while participating in this promo. You further agree to us contacting You in any manner, including without limitation, SMS messages (including text messages), calls using pre-recorded messages or artificial voice, calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialling system or an automatic texting system, and notifications sent via the Website. Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered whether by You or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on Your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via SMS.
   • You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers and/or email addresses and any other information that You have provided to us are Your own and not someone else’s and are true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that You are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers
5. INDEMNIFICATION
   • You agree to protect, defend, and indemnify us and hold us, Pine Labs and our representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to Your access and use of the Website in violation of these T&C and/or Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
   • The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of these T&C or Your use of the Website.
6. WARRANTIES
   • The Website and the functions and feature therein and the Promo, the Cashback, the Rupay Cards and the terms thereof, are provided on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We and Pine Labs, expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
   • Voltas shall make reasonable efforts to make available the Website and the functions and features at all times. However, we make no warranty that the Website shall meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and/or error free. Further we do not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the functions and features or as to the accuracy, reliability and/or quality of the output derived therefrom.
   • Voltas shall not be liable for the loss and/or damage of Your confidential information or data arising as a result of an event or a series of related events, that is beyond the control of Voltas, including failures of or problems with the internet or part of the internet, attempted hacker attacks, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks and/or viruses or other malicious software attacks or infections.
   • Voltas or Pine Labs does not make any representations or warranties in relation to the , including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or implied warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   • IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR PINE LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE ACCESS, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEBSITE’S FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES OR FOR INTERRUPTIONS, DELAY, ETC., EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS CLAUSE SHALL SURVIVE IN PERPETUITY.
8. SEVERABILITY
   • If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future applicable laws: (a) such provision will be replaced with another, which is not prohibited or unenforceable and has, as far as possible, the same legal and commercial effect as that which it replaces; and (b) the remaining provisions of the T&C will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or by its severance here from.Lot Number to <7036186000>. Upon successfully sending the details in the described format, the participant will be informed via SMS of their valid participation.
9. TERMINATION
   • Voltas may terminate the use of the Website at any time by issuing a notice of termination.
10. ASSIGNMENT
    • You shall not assign or transfer any rights, obligations, or privileges that You have under these T&C, without the prior written consent of Voltas, Subject to the foregoing, these T&C will be binding on the successors and permitted assignees of Voltas . Any assignment or transfer in violation of this clause will be deemed null and void.
11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
    • Voltas reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your access and use of the Promo following any such change constitutes Your agreement to follow and be bound by these T&C, as updated or modified. For this reason, we encourage You to review these T&C when You avail the Promo.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JUSTIFICATION
    • These T&C are governed and construed in accordance with Indian law. By using the Website, You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in the event of any disputes arising out of or in relation to Your access to and availing of the Cashback offer under the Promo and these T&C.
