Terms and Conditions

1. Woohoo Gifting League and all the assosiated elements are registered trademarks of Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. None of the elements may be used or reproduced by any individual or entity, without the prior consent of Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
2. This program starts from 01 April 2018 and will be live till 31 Dec 2018 11:59pm.
3. Cashback may not disbursed for purchases made on already discounted products or brands not covered by the Gifting League program.
4. Cashback for all promotions under this offer will be disbursed to eligible customers through the Woohoo Loyalty Card, which is available under Your Account -> Gift Card Wallet.
5. Customers will receive cashback of 0.1% on all brands, for order value placed through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or UPI upto Rs.500. Minimum purchase value through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or UPI must be atleast Rs.500.
6. Cashback may be credited within 1 hour for eligible purchases during the offer period, however in case any verification or compliance checks are required before accepting the order, cashback will be credited after verification process is complete and customer is authenticated.
7. Monthly winnings will be disbursed through the Woohoo Loyalty Card, and points will be credited before the 15th of the next month.
8. Customers will receive 10 points if they use their Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or UPI to transact at least 3 times during a single month (each transaction should be more than Rs.1000).
9. Customers will receive 20 points if they use their Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or UPI to transact for more than Rs.10000 in a single month (each transaction should be more than Rs.1000).
10. Customers will receive 10 points if they initiate a Group gift that is completed for a value of Rs.5000 or more. 
11. Woohoo Privileges and the cashbacks mentioned in the Woohoo Gifting League page are indicative and can be changed at the discretion of Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd.
12. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers currently available on www.woohoo.in.
