Detailed Terms and Conditions to the Assured Reward Scheme

This assured reward scheme is only for wholesaler & not for consumer. The scheme/coupon is valid from 18th July 2021 to 11th Sep 2021 only in India. The scheme/ offer is not valid in the State of Tamil Nadu. Scheme is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations. Maximum of 2 claims allowed per mobile number during the campaign period. Any disputes shall be referred to Courts in Delhi. Mars-Wrigley and the organiser Agency Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd. reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer/Promo or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms & Conditions and gratifications at their sole discretion at any time during its validity. The coupon is valid from 18th July 2021 to 11th Sep 2021. The wholesaler cannot encash money in lieu of the gift.

• This Reward Scheme is being organised by MARS-WRIGLEY (hereinafter “Organiser”). The Scheme is valid on Snickers Rs.10 Box. Packages without this offer are also available
• By participating in the Scheme, the Wholesaler waives the conditions of the DND directory
• Charges and expenses borne by any Wholesaler for participating in the Scheme, for example, SMS and internet charges for submitting the Code etc. shall not be claimed from MARS-WRIGLEY or Agency and the Participants shall continue to be liable for them.
• In case of ‘Missing Code’ Or ‘Illegible Code’ in the Scratch Card, Participants must get in touch with the helpdesk number 080-67181401.
• This Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the other products of MARS-WRIGLEY.
• MARS-WRIGLEY shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Scheme.
• Participants shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless MARS-WRIGLEY and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective owners, agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind relating to, resulting from or arising from this Scheme
• Nothing in the Scheme or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Scheme shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of MARS-WRIGLEY.
• All applicable taxes/levies and charges (including but not limited to Gift Tax, registration charges, insurance etc. where applicable) on Reward will be the responsibility of the Participant.
