Terms & Conditions
- 1. This Contest will commence from 00:00:00 hours on 12th November, 2024 till 23:59:59 hours on 21st November 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period").
2. In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, the user must purchase a minimum of a Rs. 10 Zepto gift card on Woohoo.in or Woohoo App and and then share the order ID in the comments section of Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to become eligible for the Lucky Draw.
3. To increase the chance of winning, the user can do as many transactions as possible during the contest period.
- PRIZE
- (1) Out of all the participants who made the eligible transactions during the contest period, 1 participant will be selected by a draw of lots on random basis. (hereinafter referred to as “Selected Winner”). The selected Winner will be eligible to receive a Rs.1000 Zepto E-Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as ‘Prizes").
- (2) The prize will be delivered to the winner on or before 29th November, 2024.
- (3) The selected winner will be notified via e-mail by Woohoo on their registered E-mail as registered on Woohoo.in & Woohoo App, as well as on our social media pages.
- (4) No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
- General Terms and Conditions
- Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) solely reserves the right to change/modify or stop the campaign without prior notice.
- Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Contest.
- Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C and the decision in this regard shall be final.
- Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. All decisions made by Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) will be final and binding
- Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till the point of time the selected winners are announced. Post such date, Woohoo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
- This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Woohoo. Woohoo shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
- This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless Pine Labs Private Limited (Woohoo) and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the reward, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
